What was the name of the war between Octavian and Antony?

There was no formal name for the war between Antony and Octavian. It is just known as a civil war to historians. To the Romans at the time, though, it was a war against Cleopatra for corrupting Antony and taking Roman territory. Octavian, making the most of Antony's misconduct in the east, was able to convince the senate to declare war on Cleopatra as the cause of the trouble. There was no formal name for the war between Antony and Octavian. How does the crowed react to Antony's speech?

After Julius Caesar was assassinated, Antony gave a eulogy purporting to praise Brutus. He kept repeating that Brutus was an honorable man while making it obvious that the opposite was true. The crowd turned against Brutus.

What point is Antony making when he was speaking against Brutus and the conspirators?

If you mean his "Friends! Romans! Countrymen!" speech, he is not so much making a point as crying havoc and loosing the dogs of war, as he said he would. The speech is a remarkable appeal to the emotions of the Roman mob, not to their reason. When you sneer sarcastically "and sure, he is an honourable man" the emotional response of the hearer is to agree "right, he is no honourable man" without thinking. Brutus is certainly an honourable man; Antony himself says so at the end of the play after Brutus is dead and no longer a threat. Antony is not making a point, but trying to get the mob into an irrational rage which will hunt the conspirators out of the city and give Antony the opportunity to replace Caesar as dictator.

What has happened to cicero?

After Julius Caesar's assassination, Cicero and Mark Antony became two leading men in Rome. Cicero was the spokesman of the senate and Mark Antony led the supporters of Caesar. Cicero tried to exploit tensions between Octavian (later he was called Augustus) and Mark Antony and delivered a famous series of denunciations against Antony in which he also praised Octavian. He urged the senate to call Mark Antony an enemy of the state. However, is plan to defeat Antony did not work. Mark Antony and Octavian reconciled and allied formed the alliance of the Second Triumvirate (three-man alliance) with Lepidus. In 43 BC a law gave the Triumvirate a five-year term of supreme political authority, making it a three-man directorate. The Triumvirate began persecuting its rivals. Cicero and his supporters were put on the list of enemies of the state. It was said that Octavian argued for two days against Cicero being added to the list, but Mark Antony wanted him dead. He was the most doggedly pursued man, but many people refused to report seeing him because he was very popular. He was caught at his villa while he was trying to embark on a ship to Greece. He was betrayed by a freedman of his brother. He exposed his neck and throat to the soldiers. He was slayed and his head and hands were cut off and were hanged for display at the forum in Rome. His last words were said to have been, "There is nothing proper about what you are doing, soldier, but do try to kill me properly."
