At a wedding feast in Cana in Galilee where Jesus turned water into wine. This is recorded in John 2:3-11. It may be worthy of note that this is the only miracle which is specifically stated to be his first. Other gospels recorded other miracles first in terms of the ones they recorded, but they never claimed that any of them was Jesus' first in terms of chronology as John did in relation to the Cana miracle.
