Get a hummingbird feeder and fill it with a high concentrated suger water, keep refilling it regularly. They will come and stay. Mix like a cup of sugar into 3 cups water, then microwave it for a few minutes, restir it then microwave again so it disolves, add more sugar and repeat the process, do this a few times still the water is pretty syrupy. This mixture will have them coming back like crackheads.
