Respect the victim by executing the offender.
It is his virtuous devotion to his city that leads Oedipus to his own undoing in "Oedipus Rex" by Sophocles (495 B.C.E. - 405 B.C.E.).Specifically, Theban King Oedipus assures his people that he will end the pestilence by bringing to justice the guilty in the murder of his royal predecessor, King Laius. He heads the murder investigation. He persists in following every lead even when mounting evidence points to him as the most likely suspect in the long unsolved murder.
Voluntary Manslaughter
A charge of murder means the offender pre-planned (pre-meditated) the killing and did it on purpose (with criminal intent). Homicide just means someone killed another person. It may have been an accident or from negligence, in which the offender would still get a prison sentence, just not as harsh if he was found to be guilty of murder.
The type of homicide that includes crimes where the offender planned and executed the act of killing another person is called first-degree murder. This category typically involves premeditation, intent, and deliberation, showing a high level of culpability and criminal responsibility on the part of the offender.
A Defedant may be allowed to plead youthful offender in Alabama if the person is under the age of 21 at the time the criminal offense was committed. An adjudication of youthful offender is not a criminal conviction and will not appear on your history as such. Youthful offender files are confidential records. You may apply for youthful offender status in any case whether it be the smallest misdemeanor like a speeding ticket of the most heinous felonies such as murder. However, it is discretionary with the judge as to whether or not you are granted youthful offender status. I do not recall those with felonies such as murder being granted youthful offender status. You may apply for youthful offender status in a felony case although you were previously adjudicated a youthful offender in a prior misdemeanor case. However, as I mentioned, it is entirely up to the judge as to whether or not he allows you a subsequent adjudication as a youthful offender. Hope this helped.

It sounds like someone who is concerned with an offender recieving a light sentence. Typically, a conviction for first-degree murder is going to carry a much heavier sentence and include much more jail time than a conviction for a lesser offense, so whoever said it probably wants the maximum possible punishment for the offender.

I doubt it. If I had to choose a cat that was most likely to murder her, it would be Jayfeather. After all, he hates her.
