What would happen if oxygen did not exist?

Life on Earth, or at least most of it, would not exist without free oxygen. It is possible that some other form of life, based on another element, could exist in a non-oxygen environment. But none has been discovered as of now.

What is the specific name of the one organism on earth that does not use oxygen it its respiratory system?

There exist several life forms which do not need oxygen for survival, for example bacteria purple sulfur bacteria (Chromatiales). But if I recall correctly, no higher life forms which don't need oxygen exist on Earth.

What is a aerobic heterotroph?

An organism is said to be aerobic if it can only exist in the presence of free oxygen. Heterotrophs are organisms that do not produce their own food. Therefore, aerobic heterotrophs are organisms that cannot live without free oxygen and do not produce their own food.

Organism that can exist only as a group of cells?

An organism that only exist as a group of cell is called multicellular organism. It is a living thing that is made of more than one cell.

Do Most astrobiologists expect that any extraterrestrial life forms you find would breathe oxygen like you do?

It would depend on the environment in which the organism evolved in, or has adapted to. It was believed, until fairly recently, that life (on Earth, and presumably elsewhere) was dependant on energy from the sun (for plants, acting as food) and oxygen to sustain the energy needed to maintain life. However, some life on earth was found to thrive INDEPENDENT of sunlight & oxygen. These were found in deep sea volcanic vents, and an entire ecosystem, in miniature, thrived on chemical energy alone, using sulfur instead of oxygen. So, on planets where there is abundant oxygen, it is likely that any organisms would use this to boost chemical energy. On planets where there was little oxygen, life could still exist, but would require another chemical, such as sulfur, to gain the required energy needed for metabolism. Evolutionary theory would indicate that on such worlds, there is no reason why an organism would waste the energy to develop a need for oxygen. If natural selection is at work, the organism that can best-utilize the chemicals abundant in its environment will thrive.
