In terms of numbers, Jews were the largest single group killed in the Holocaust. However, many other groups were persecuted and murdered too. The first to be systematically murdered, before the establishment of the camps, were the disabled and mentally ill. Other groups to join Jews in the camps included homosexuals, Roma, Sinti, Jehova's Witnesses, Catholic and other Priests, Communists, Socialists, Trade Unionists, Anarchists, Pacifists, People of Colour, criminals, POWs and various Eastern European nationalities, including Poles, Slavs and others. Basically, anyone the Nazis considered racially impure, genetically inferior, a burden on society or a threat to the Nazi Party.
It was mostly Jewish people that was killed. However, different minorities feel victimised during the Holocaust. Some included disabled people, POWs, Black people and Homosexuals. Around 55% of all deaths in the Holocaust not including the actual war were Jews alone.
Interesting how Hitler had black hair and eugenically perfect Aryan had blond... oh well.
Jews were killed in the Holocaust. This is not to say that other groups were not persecuted or killed by the Nazis, just that they were not killed in the Holocaust.

Many people died from starvation, shootings, exhaustion, disease, and/or from being gassed in a gas chamber. Those are a few of the many causes.

The Plague did not discriminate. People of all walks of life died equally, from peasants to royalty.
Typhus, typhoid fever and dysentry.
Mrs. Frank was the mother of Anne Frank, a Jewish girl who documented her experiences in hiding during the Holocaust in her diary. Mrs. Frank was caring and supportive of her family during their time in hiding, but ultimately died in a concentration camp during World War II.
