If this is for the purposes of an interview, a good response is to say that you have a hard time getting along with anyone displaying character traits your employer wouldn't like. For instance, "I find that I have a hard time with apathy and people who don't seek progressive results. I'm a good motivator, but when someone actively resists change or new approaches, I find that hard to deal with." I'd say that by accepting that everyone is different, has different personalities and work styles, that you have learned that you cannot be best friends with everyone.
