2. Make your life all of a piece. Don't be a Muslim on Friday, a Jew on Saturday, a Christian on Sunday and an Atheist on Monday. Don't be a capitalist when the money is in your hands and a socialist when it is in another's. Don't love people when they are nice to you and hate them when they aren't. Don't decide to study palm-reading one day and forget about it the next.
3. Look at the world through the prism of your experiences and learn from it. Sometimes you will have a 'castle of belief' almost finished, and the Universe will show you that one of the foundation stones is made out of mud. Don't waste time - pull the castle down and start building a new one.
4. Change things that dissatisfy you if you can, and put up with what you can't alter. It's more important to change the small things than the big ones. Be alert for feelings of dissatisfaction and listen to them.
5. Don't express negative emotions. It's a waste of valuable energy.
6. Forget about 'Self-Realisation'. You haven't got a clue what it is, so how can you aim for it? The next step is the only important one. Do that right - and observe yourself doing it.
