all proteins offer the same thing...protein...just because one is from beans and another is not, doesn't make it do a different thing. therefore they all are pretty much the same.
it is more important WHEN you have the protein than what kind it is...have a protein shake 15-30 minutes after a heavy workout
it is also obsorbed well if you have it often. a good idea would be to keep a protien shake in the fridge and have a sip of it every now and then...or what i do is add a very small bit of chocolate protein to a gallon of chocolate milk which i then drink when i crave chocolate milk (which is always)...I have full strength protein shakes only after going to the gym.
if you are very picky...look at the vitamins and sugars as some can be quite nutritious while others are just delicious
IMO...look for a protein powder that you will have not just for the protein...but because you like the taste
keep in mind that muscle gain uses carbs too...if you are overweight, your body will use its own carbs...if not, make sure you eat foods with carbs such as pasta before going to the gym (don't immediately work out after you eat...cramps are bad)
There are a lot of protein drinks out there. It does not matter which one you use. There is no one best drink. It all depends on which drink is best for your body.

It really depends on the ski. Rossignol makes a lot of good racing skis (not so good for powder), but they also make a few skis that are good for powder. If a pair of skis has twin tips, than it will almost always be good for powder. On the rossignol website there is a little meter for each ski that tells you some of the specs of the ski and what kind of conditions that ski is then made for.
