You should ask if they have ever done that type of job before?, also look at their previous work history to see if they are a relaible worker. also Ask if they have any trouble lifting or bending?
Also, ask if they have a maid outfit. Those are crucial. Ask them to describe a room they were just in, in detail, that shows that they can remember where things go and how the house is supposed to look when it is clean.
