You don't, apparently.
You need to replace the fluid in your rear differential. Use Honda Dual-Pump fluid, available from the stealership.
The noise is from the rear differential clutches. Bring it in to Honda and they will drain and refill them, they will also perform a burnish procedure. This is covered by the Honda Care package if you have it.

This is a common problem. just get the rear differential fluid replaced. it will fix it. Dealer charges around $80 for that.
