The novels follow the Main character Sousuke Sagara, a covert anti-terrorism operative tasked with protecting a young Japanese girl named Kaname Chidori. The novels have been adapted into three separate Anime television series and were illustrated in accordance with the Anime art style by Shiki Doujii.
