Lilies have six petals or three petals and three sepals. Sometimes you can't tell the petal from the sepal. Each petal is sort of oval with some lilies having very large petals and others having smaller petals. Sometimes the petals are curved backwards such as the Turk's cap lily.

A tiger lily flower is typically trumpet-shaped, with six petals that curve back dramatically, exposing the stamens and pistil in the center. The petals are often brightly colored with unique markings, resembling the stripes of a tiger, hence the name "tiger lily."

Wizards' Patronuses can sometimes change shape. Severus Snape loved Lily (Evans) Potter and so his patronus changed shape to the same one as Lily, a doe. It is very likely that Snape's patronus didn't actually change shape and was always a doe since he had loved Lily all his life.
Peace lily, or Dutchman's pipe
A water lily has fibrous roots that spread out horizontally in the mud at the bottom of a body of water. These roots anchor the plant and absorb nutrients and water from the environment to support its growth.
The only one i know is the trout lily. I've heard it tastes pretty good too!
