All the research I've checked suggests, that Pandas are strict veggie lovers. They eat bamboo in the wild almost to a fault, and maybe some blooms when in season. In captivity they acquire a taste for fruit, flowers, and seem to like a few veggies, but they are rather picky eaters, considering the amounts they must consume daily to stay healthy and strong. I didn't see any references to eating small animals.
