He wears Campers and Simple shoes (simpleshoes.com).
Assuming you mean in the Curb Your Enthusiasm show, the shoes he wears changes sometime between the start of Season 1 and the end of Season 2. The ones in Season 1 are easy to identify, because they're mentioned by name, and shown close-up a couple of times. The later shoes are clearly different, but I don't remember them being mentioned or featured, so they aren't so conclusively easy to identify.
In season 1, episode 2 ('Ted & Mary'), the episode which opens with Larry & Cheryl and Ted & Mary at the Bowling alley, Larry loses his shoes when they are given away to the wrong person. A couple scenes later, Larry and Mary are shopping at Barney's, and they stop by the shoe department to try to get Larry's shoes replaced. They explain to the salesperson what they look like -- the salesperson asks if they are Campers, and Mary says yes; when the salesperson brings a pair of Campers out, Larry confirms they are the correct shoes. The same shoes also figure in to the story in the very next episode ('Porno Gil'), the one where Larry and Cheryl are having trouble locating a party to which they've been invited, and end up arriving in the middle of dinner. Larry won't remove his shoes when entering the house, then later knocks over and breaks a lamp on the way out.
By the end of Season 2, he's wearing different shoes: the upper portion are lighter tan in color, there is white rubber trim all the way around the sole, then below that, a little bit of darker tan can be seen at the front and sides (maybe that's the color of the bottom surface of the shoes?), and they have white laces. For me, these are the shoes that I most associate with Larry's image on the show, but I'm not sure what they are.
