I only know one thing that you can determine from urine colour. That is dehydration. The orangier, or brighter coloured the urine, the more dehydrated you are. If it is pale green or white you have been drinking plenty of water which is fab. :D The things you can determine are if you're dehydrated, too hydrated, if you started your period, and if your sick.
