Nurses give medicine ordered by doctors. Carry out all doctors. We chart on patients condition. We are the doctors eyes and ears. Doctors trust that we will report improvements and declines.
Learn to adapt. Situations can change in a second. Adapt to that change by using what you have learned. Don't be afraid to ask for help.
