If you are referring to the Kiddieland of Melrose Park Ill.. The tractors were called Junior Tractors made by the Pony Tractor Company in Nebraska (Lincoln I think)
I don't think they were anything much more than a tractor/gocart made for carnivals and fairs (along with amusement parks of course.).
