Solar flares have minimal impact on the Earth, much less on the day to day lives of its inhabitants. So what should you do during a solar flare? Whatever it is you would normally do, and don't worry about it :) I'm not an expert on space or anything but if you notice that the sun seems a little brighter you probably shouldn't look at it.
