∙ 11y agoAnkylosaurus could not reach vegetation much above 4 feet high. Unlike hadrosaurs and ceratopsians, Ankylosaurus couldn't chew, so it probably ate relatively tender, easy to digest plants. Plants that lived in the same time and place as Ankylosaurus include conifers, cycads, ferns, horsetails, ginkgoes, and early flowering plants like palms and primitive grasses.
