If you have never programmed at all before, try to learn BASIC (not Visual Basic, but an old, classic version, such as Q-BASIC). BASIC, in its infancy, was closely related to assembler code. Most lines of code represented the same virtual amount of work that would be done in assembler, with the exception of a few higher-level functions, such as drawing circles and checking joystick input. If you are unable to get your hands on BASIC, then you would probably want to try learning Logo (equally hard to find), or Python (a modern-day scripting language that is still similar to assembler). You will still have a bit of work ahead of you at that point, because assembler is unlike any other language. You have more power over the hardware, which means you have more responsibility to make sure your programs are written correctly.
Assembly language is the lowest level of computer code, not including the actual machine language, which is directly processed by the hardware. It contains instructions specific to the hardware of your system. When you write a program in a higher level language like C, it is first translated into assembly language before the computer can execute it. Because it is so low-level, assembly language is extremely difficult to code in.
The oldest computer language still in use is Fortran, invented in 1957. The first computer language was assembly language, but the first high level programming language was Plankalkul.
English is not the first language of India, and it should not be, because not enough people speak it as a first language.

That depends on who you ask and how far back you go. It could be Intel, it could be whoever designed the ENAIC (used for looking up trajectory tables) but I think it was Charles Babbage, inventor of the 'analytical machine.' More: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turing_complete

Knowing C (or indeed any other language) will make learning Python slightly easier but Python is an easy language to begin with. Therefore learn Python first. Also, it's best to learn C++ before learning C.
because you should know your own region's language before you use other languages.
