68, 69, 70, coronets, or chargers disc brakes will fit.
coronet, coronet 500, coronet R/T, coronet super bee, coronet 440 model, charger, charger 500, charger R/T, charger SE.
According to Chrysler Historical Collection archives, the production numbers for the 1968 Dodge Coronet 500 was 2,527; the Coronet R/T was 569; and no convertibles were ever available for the Coronet Super Bee model.
none as the SE package wasn't offered on the R/T model coronet.
regular drum brakes in the back on that model, any parts store should be able to get the new lining for you.
It either has Front disc and rear drum brakes; or four wheel disc brakes. Both were available, depending on model. Anti-lock brakes were also an available option.
There was a model called the Dodge Coronet from 1949 to 1976. There was also a Dodge Monaco made from 1965 into the late 70's. The Monaco was also brought back in 90-92 and was the same car as the Jeep/Eagle Vision. The last version was not popular.
The minimum thickness for rotors on a Dodge truck is between 0.5 and 1 inch. It varies greatly based on the model and whether it is the front or rear brakes.
vauxhalls do have brakes what is the problem with them ? what model ?
Definitively it is a Dodge Charger 1966. The first Dodge Charger was the 1964 show car, based on the Polara and fitted with a 426 Wedge engine. The Charger body was based on the Coronet, but with a fastback roofline and unique (if similar) front clip that resembled the Coronet, but had retractable headlights, giving the car a sporty look. I have a 1940 series 62 coupe. According to scarebird.com there is not a bracket to fit this model- yet. Seems they are different than the 1949-52 Cadillac. I sent them my measurements asking for a bracket that will use the original spindle and late model GM parts. I have seen a Cadillac coupe, currently on eBay, with front disc brakes but he was unable to tell me where the brackets originated. If you find something that works and is safe, give a holler. Thanks.
look at the serial number is the only way. If you look at the VIN Tag on the drivers side dash cap, the first 4 letters/numbers should be WS23 for a Coronet R/T 2-Door Hardtop or WS27 for a Coronet R/T 2-Door Convertible. The "W" stands for Dodge Coronet Model and the "S" for Sports Line (R/T). Standard engine would be a 440 cid with the 426 cid Hemi, as the only option. This could be verified on the VIN tag as well as the fifth letter, the letter "L" for the 440 and the letter "J" for the 426 Hemi.
