The law violated in this scenario would typically be theft or larceny. Taking narcotics from the pharmacy without proper authorization and outside the scope of their duties as a pharmacy technician constitutes theft or unauthorized possession of controlled substances, which is a criminal offense. Additionally, this action would likely be a violation of their professional ethics and can result in severe legal consequences and professional disciplinary actions.
Working under the supervision of a pharmacist, pharmacy technicians fill prescriptions in a hospital or other healthcare setting, or in a retail pharmacy. Pharmacy technician jobs also involve customer service tasks, such as taking payments, answering phones and processing insurance claims.
Technicians are not legally allowed to give medical advice but they can relay information from the pharmacist.

Three days after you stop taking them, same as any other narcotics.
Other drugs, especially narcotics, have serious side effects such as constipation, drowsiness, and nausea.
As Narcotics Anonymous are really a group of wildly differing people, some do, while others do not. The one common attribute of people at Narcotics Anonymous is a desire to stop using narcotics and continue not using narcotics. The following is an opinion of one person, not of NA: Note that many people in NA are also in Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). Substituting one addition for another is not preferable. Also judgment is generally impaired while drinking alcohol, so overall it is not recommended. If it absolutely came down to drinking alcohol or taking narcotics, many might advise taking some alcohol to avoid taking narcotics. This should not be used as an excuse to drink alcohol.
Go to rehab and/or attend Narcotics Anonymous meetings.
In less cases yes but in most cases the chances increases that the person intaking narcotics develops a child with disorders or deformations.

My dentist gave me Clandamycin and Vicodin... however on the slip the pharmacy gave me, it says that when taking this antibiotic, do not take any narcotic pain relievers... so I'm not going to risk. it...Improved AnswerThere is no problem in taking Clindamycin and hydrocodone (vicodin). I'm surprised about the slip you received at your pharmacy.. i can't see why someone wrote that... maybe in case of important lung infections.. when you don't want to block cough.. (narcotics block cough a little bit). If it's not the case, you can take narcotic pain relievers with most of all "normal" antibiotics, including clindamycin. If you experience the digestive system side effects of the Clindamycin, the narcotics can sometimes worsen those symptoms though.
I think the indictment would have to include "Stupidity".
