Improved AnswerThere is no problem in taking Clindamycin and hydrocodone (vicodin). I'm surprised about the slip you received at your pharmacy.. i can't see why someone wrote that... maybe in case of important lung infections.. when you don't want to block cough.. (narcotics block cough a little bit). If it's not the case, you can take narcotic pain relievers with most of all "normal" antibiotics, including clindamycin.If you experience the digestive system side effects of the Clindamycin, the narcotics can sometimes worsen those symptoms though.
