The fact that usable energy is always lost in an energy transfer is due to what 1 Newton's first law of motion 2 the second law of thermodynamics 3 Newton's second law of motion 4 the first l?

The second law of thermodynamics.

Can energy be produced?

You can't create energy out of nothing (First Law of Thermodynamics); this is an experimentally established fact (i.e., no exceptions are known). Nowadays, the law of conservation of energy (or First Law of Thermodynamics) is often derived from Noether's Theorem, but that is some advanced math. You can convert one type of energy to another, but see also the Second Law of Thermodynamics. You can't create energy out of nothing (First Law of Thermodynamics); this is an experimentally established fact (i.e., no exceptions are known). A Magnet itself is in fact a solid.

Why do lighter colours reflect the heat instead of absorbing the heat?

It's not the fact that lighter colours reflect the heat as much as it is the fact that they reflect the light. Light colours mean that more of the light is reflected off them (otherwise we would have no differing colours - it would all be black), while darker clothing absorbs the light. When the light is absorbed, the laws of thermodynamics state that the energy has to go somewhere. It turns into heat. If you were standing in a completely dark room with a set temperature, it would not matter what colour your clothes were, as there would be no light that could turn into heat.

I once saw a video with a person throwing hot water into very cold air it instantly froze how come it does not work with cold water?

In fact hot water freezes quicker in a cold climate, because of the sudden temperature change. If you want to test it for yourself, take two ice trays, fill one with cold water and one with very hot water, stick them in the freezer, and see that the hot water freezes quicker.

Is ParΓ‘ a city or a state in Brazil?

Pará is the name of a state and a river, but not of a city. The state is way up in northernmost Brazil. In fact, it's so far up north that it borders the South American countries of Guyana and Suriname. The river flows within the state. In fact, on the river Pará's south bank is Belém, the capital city of Pará.

What happens when you bring a hot and cold object together?

If there is any kind of conducting path, then heat energy flows from the hot object to the cold object, until their temperatures are equal. (The final temperature is not necessarily ... in fact in general it's rarely ... midway between the two initial temperatures.)

How do mud flows differ from earth flows?

mud flows differ from earth flows due to the fact that earth flows is slow moving downslope movement of water-saturated,clay-rich,sediment, most characteristics of humid regions and mud flow is soil and rock fragments containing a large amount of water.
