The congress has done several things to the us mail system, for starters they passed a law making it legal to cut your left ball off and put it in somebodys mailbox, second they have passed a law making it legal to anal fist somebody for leaving their mailbox open, and last but not least, congress has made it illegal to take a shlt in somebodys mailbox without having the liquid shlts
