Moses received instructions on the feasts while he was on Mount Sinai. This occurred after the Israelites had escaped from Egypt and were encamped at the foot of the mountain. During this time, God communicated various laws and ordinances, including those related to the feasts, as part of the covenant with the Israelites. These instructions are detailed primarily in the book of Leviticus.

To be a Jew means: To be one of the Jewish people, by being born of a Jewish mother, or to be a convert according to the proper conversion process. The first Jew, according to tradition, was Abraham. The Jewish people are those who received God's covenant (Genesis ch.15 and 17) and who received God's Torah at Mount Sinai (Exodus ch.19-20). Dictionaries define Judaism as the religion of Moses; the religion of the Torah. For more, see the attached Related Links.
He reached the Red Sea first - following the book of Exodus in chronological order, he went from Egypt to the Red Sea, then to Mt Sinai after crossing the Red Sea. Mt Sinai, as the Bible says, is 'in Arabia' (Galatians 4 v 25), which was Midian in those days, and is today in Saudi Arabia.
AnswerMoses, In the book of Exodus:Exodus Chapter 34 verses 29-30 (King James Version)29) And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him.30) And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come nigh him.
"Kosher" is what the Jewish people call those types of food that the Torah permits. The Torah was given during the lifetime of Moses, from God, in the Sinai wilderness.See also:More about the laws of keeping kosher

Assuming that Moses is a historical person, it is highly unlikely that he had dreadlocks as those were not prevalent among Semitic peoples during that Ancient Period (nor are they now).
One thought:There is no mention of Moses' hair 'turning white' in the Bible...(The movie version of the Bible, however, DID show Charlton Heston -as Moses- with white hair as he came down from the mountain). This was done, I'm sure, for effect.-Exodus 34:29-35 describes Moses' experience on Mt Sinai, when God gave him the tablets with the "Ten Words" inscribed. At that time his 'FACE, not his hair, emitted rays' so bright the Israelites couldn't look at him(2 Corinthians 3:7).-Moses dealt with those who had leprosy, and THEIR hair sometimes turned white (Leviticus 13:1-3), but not Moses'.-Daniel describes his vision of God as having clothing as white as snow and 'hair like clean wool'(Daniel 7:9), but again, that's not Moses.
All of those places border Israel.
