minerals and such. each layer has different elements.

crust: oxygen, silicon, aluminum, iron, calcium, sodium, potassium, magnesium

mantle: magnesium, silicon, iron, and oxygen

outer core: super-heated liquid molten lava, which is mostly made of iron, and nickel

inner core: mostly of iron, and small amounts of nickel. with oxygen, silicon, aluminum, and magnesium

The 3 layers that make up the Earth are the Crust, the Mantle, and the Core. The Crust is the first layer of the Earth, the part we live on and its about 18 miles thick. The Mantle is about 1,800 miles thick and its the second layer of the

Earth. Lastly, the Core of the Earth is the third layer of the Earth, which is technically a "Fire Sphere" and its about 4,000 miles thick. I hoped this helped :)
