when people get exhauated physically and mentally they get depressed. getting stuck in a rut like bored in their jobs/every day life. if they have a life crisis it happens to. tehy feel like they are alone and don't talk. that's another way to get depressed is not to express yourself

Almost every one on this earth will suffer some form of depression from very mild to severe, mostly caused by financial, emotional due to the loss of a loved one, or stressful (work related)reasons, this will pass in time, however if it is clinical than a physician must answer for the resason and the patient could be put on medication.
