when people get exhauated physically and mentally they get depressed. getting stuck in a rut like bored in their jobs/every day life. if they have a life crisis it happens to. tehy feel like they are alone and don't talk. that's another way to get depressed is not to express yourself

∙ 14y agoAlmost every one on this earth will suffer some form of depression from very mild to severe, mostly caused by financial, emotional due to the loss of a loved one, or stressful (work related)reasons, this will pass in time, however if it is clinical than a physician must answer for the resason and the patient could be put on medication.
