TUD5 engine head torques Stage 1. 40NM Stage 2. + 260 degrees Maximum head bolt length is 197mm.
TU9 engine head torques Stage 1. 20Nm Stage 2. + 240 degrees Maximum bolt length is 176.5mm.
The tightening sequence for the head bolts on a Peugeot 106 1.1 is to begin at 1 and of the head. Move to the opposite end of the head. Alternate back in forth until you reached the middle.
Aluminium Block - 20NM then 240°Cast-iron Block - 20NM then 120° then another 120°
You should torque the head bolts by alternating from and to end, working towards the center. The head bolts should be torqued in 40 pound intervals.
Head bolts should be tightened most of the way in a star-shaped pattern. Bolts should then be tightened completely following the same pattern as the first tightening.

The torque specs for a Toyota Camry cylinder head is 60 pounds for the inside bolts and 50 pounds for the site bolts. The cylinder head bolts should be tight from and to end alternating.
You can, but I would advise against it. The old bolts have streatched and you should install new head bolts.
on my '03' 125SX the head bolts should be 18nm.

The Haynes manual I have doesn't mention any need to re check. As the bolts are "angle tightened" I would have thought it unlikely that they would require a check.
