There is no line at 90º - whether north or south - latitude. It is a point. The poles are located at these points.
The Equator is 0º and the lines of latitude run parallel to that increasing in number as they move away from it, until they get to the 'major' lines - northwards: the Tropic of Cancer at about 23º 26'; then the Arctic Circle at 66º; and then comes the North Pole at 90º. Southwards the Tropic of Capricorn at about 23º 26'; then the Antarctic Circle at 66º and the South Pole at 90º.
90 degrees south is no longer a line. That far from the equator, the line of latitude has dwindled down to a single point, known as the South Pole.
"90 degrees north" is the definition of the Earth's north pole. All longitudes
on Earth converge (meet) there, just as they do at the south pole.
There are no lines. 90 degrees north latitude is the definition of the north pole.
"90 north" is a latitude. It's a single point,
commonly referred to as the "north pole".

The Tropic of Cancer is around 23.5 degrees north.

It was zero degrees before people got together and gave it a name. Maybe wherethey got the name for it was when they realized that every point on the line is thesame distance from both the north and the south poles, so it's the line that equatesall of those distances.
The name of the line at 60 degrees North is the 60th parallel north. It crosses Europe, Asia, the Pacific Ocean, North America and the Atlantic Ocean
The Tropic of Cancer is about 23.5 degrees north.

the Prime meridian is a longitudinal line at 0 degrees and runs north and south. There is no 180 degrees below or above it. 180 degrees latitude doesn't exist. Latitudes range from 90 degrees south, at the south pole, through zero, at the equator, to 90 degrees north, at the north pole. There are no latitude numbers greater than 90.
