As near as I can make out on the satellite imagery available to me, the northernmost

point of Iceland appears to be at latitude 66.53779° North. Accordingly, I would suppose

that the next more northerly line of latitude passes just north of Iceland.

Deciding just what latitude that is, however, is a problem. The question is a lot like

asking: "What height is the next height just taller than Queen Elizabeth ?"

No matter what latitude you name that's north of 66.53779°, no matter how close it is,

I can always name one that's closer than yours is, but still north of 66.53779°.

Some maps and globes have many lines printed on them, some have only a few,

and some have none at all. Whatever they decide to print on their map or globe,

don't get the idea that those are the only official lines and there are no more.

There is no finite official set of 'lines'. You can draw a 'line' on your map at any

latitude you like, and it's every bit as good as a line drawn at any other latitude.

What line of latitude passes just north of Norway?

The latitude of the northernmost point in Norway is about 71.18 degrees north. Every north latitude greater than that number is north of Norway. There's no such thing as the "next" latitude. For any number you mention that's more than 71.18 degrees, no matter how close it is, I can always mention another number that's closer to 71.18 than your number is, but still more than 71.18.

What line of latitude passes just south of Trinidad?

The southernmost point of Trinidad, about 3.7 miles southwest of Fullarton, appears to be at latitude 10.0424° North. Any parallel of latitude less than that passes south of Trinidad. You may be referring to the parallel of 10° north, only because the globe or map you're looking at decided to print a line there. But there's no standard set of 'lines'. You would never ask "What mark on the ruler is just below your height ?" Different rulers print different numbers of marks, and use different spacings between their marks. Just like different maps and globes do.
