Apparently foods rich in potassium tend to flush sodium (most of which are from processed foods) out of the body. Examples of potassium rich foods include bananas, apricots, nuts (particularly peanuts, walnuts), fish (particularly tuna and halibut) strawberries, Oranges, broccoli, tomatoes, potatoes, avocado, squash. Meat is also high in potassium, however consuming a lot of meat offsets the benefit.
