I know two kind of machines for copper recycling.
One is cable granulator which is used for making copper core into small granules by grinding cable and separating PVC. This is a ideal machine for miscellaneous cable.
The other is copper wire stripper which is to strip the PVC cover and you get the entire copper core. This is widely used in various copper wire various diameters.
