When you get so furious that you wanted to fight with someone, tell yourself to calm down and use effective tools like distraction to lessen your anger. Using physical aggression is not the answer. After you're calm, try to forgive the person who made you angry. If you are unable to forgive him/her, talk to your trusted people or who made you angry.
