It might be the brake lights. If it is, check the brake light switch connected to the brake pedal. It's right above the pedal and if it's slipped or adjusted wrong the light could stay on all the time. A brake light switch that is stuck like that can also prevent cruise control from working. On the other hand, if it's the WHITE light, it's probably the backup light switch that's stuck or adjusted bad. If it really is the parking lights, the fronts should be on as well.
parking lights are in the back of ur car and headlights ar in front of ur car

you can install a relay or rewire to a switched FUSED 12v source such as your parking lights they will come on when ever the parking lights are on i did the 2nd option worked great probe the wires to the back of the parking lights find the one that only carries current when switch is on
Check ur back light switch:P everyones done it...
Sounds like the switch is bad. You can buy a replacement switch at any automotive parts store and they are not that hard to install. Also check the fuse as sometimes the headlights have their own fuse while the parking/brake/back-up lights have their own.
Try these: 19 BACK-UP LIGHTS 7.5 10-3 Back-up lights. 32 LICENSE LIGHTS 7.5 100-1 Parking lights, License plate lights, Tail lights.

One for running lights, one for bright lights, and the other is for the dim................The box can be found in the back of your glove box on the left, on the back wall. There is a fuse for your lights on the side of your dash, open the drivers door and you will see a panel on the side of your dash, all fused for Blazer is here..........
