Autochthonous constitution is a constitution which makes up of three main elements. These are a. Autonomy b. Self Sufficiency c. break in legal continuity The main aim of an autochthonous constitution would be to formulate a constitutional solution which is home grown and exercise absolute power and authority over its country.
