What makes breasts larger?

Well I've noticed that people who are more overweight than others tend to have larger breasts but PLEASE DON'T EAT LOADS JUST TO GET BIGGER BREASTS! You'll regret it if you do. I'm not sure if this is true, but I've heard that lots of arm-swinging can make your chest larger. Or there's plastic surgery, but since you're asking this in female puberty, I would just wait for them to grow :)

Well you can massage them softly in circles a doctor told me that and I heard if you grab ice and put it on your breast for 15 minutes they can grow. Other ways i haven't heard but other dumb ways are stuffing or wearing double bra but i say you should not do that because it doesn't end up good. Good luck!
