Usually they'll rub up against you. They'll purr, and are in a calm way. If they're sad or hurt they'll purr as well, if they look hurt and they are purring, then they are sad or hurt. When mad, they wag they're tails or look like they're about to pounce.

CATNIP. cats are crazy about catnip toys. they also love to be outdoors. keeping a cat inside makes them get stressed out and they feel confined to such a small area. but cats, depending on their attitude, do not like way too much affection. i brief stroking or backscratch is nice every once in a while, but cats are independent and don't like you to be affectionate too much. they also don't like wearing sweaters or bows in their fur. that's just sick. and collars make them itch.
my cat loves to be petted and he follows me around but what really makes him happy is the toy mice he plays with.
You can tell when a or (your) cat is happy when they lean on your legs and some people think the cat is triping you, but the cat really likes you and they pur alot
when they angrey they tail moves a lot it goes back and for
This can depend on your cat. Different breeds have slightly different wants. For instance if you have a tabby cat and a rag doll cat. One might prefer to sleep for longer periods of time and one might be extremely active.
A cat can be amused in many ways, some ways can include, petting/stroking (but not for too long), feeding, throwing toys, sleeping in a comfy bed and even being in the presence of it's owners and other cats. There are many more but these are just some examples. Try a few and see if your cat responds to any of them, and if you find that your cat has started to purr a bit more when do it, this is a sign that your cat likes it. If your cat thumps its tail lightly, it means it is getting slightly annoyed, if it thumps it's tail heavily it means it has become severely aggravated. So take note of the cats behaviour when trialing these activities
:) I hope I was of some help :)
I can't be determined why cats are happy. Maybe a cat is happy because it is healthy. Maye it is happy because it lives in a nice, love able home. Maybe cats are just generally happy. Whatever the reasons, you can tell a cat is happy when it purrs or rolls over. Hope this helps!
Siamese cats are known to be a bit more temperamental then most other cat breeds. Each cat is has different preferences it is best to do a trial and error stating with cat nip, toys, and special treats.
Because cats are fluffly balls of fun, they love to be stroked and petted, They calm you down and make you relaxed! In Japan they have cat cafes where you go and have a tea or a bite to eat while petting cats! They are so loving you just want to cuddle them!
Some people have cats because they want company..
They are a perfect animal for lonely people who can't get around easily & cats don't need their owner to take them for a walk.

Absolutely! Most cats are concerned only with what will make them happy. They tolerate their humans because of what the humans can do for them. Reply: But what makes you think that being friends with humans... doesn't make cats happy?
Cats purr when they are happy. The more they purr they happier they are.
It is purr, and cats purr when they are happy. Cats also purr when they are in pain to comfort themselves, but mostly it is because they are happy and they love you. Basically, to express their emotions.
to show that they are happy

Yes, many cats cats are usually happy to be able to freely roam outside, just the same as a lot of cats will prefer (given the choice) to stay indoors.
Dogs and cats have different responses to fear and pleasure. When dogs are happy they wag their tails. Cats purr when they are happy. When dogs are scared they growl. Cats also growl when they are scared.
