could be a fuse, a relay, the blower motor or the blower resistor.
It's easy to check the fuse, using the owners manual.
I am not sure where the relay is, and it requires special tools or replacement with a known good relay to test.
If the blower works on high and no other speed, then the resistor is bad.
If fuse and relay are good, and blower does not work in any position, suspect the blower motor itself.

Your heater core is leaking in it's housing box and blowing moist air through the heater/defroster. Try bardall radiator stop leak. If no help, install new heater core. Chuck.
blowing air gives more oxygen so it makes the fire bigger

My suggestion is to look for a wire that has a break in the insulation. When it makes contact, the heater runs. Did the car also suffer from some blown fusesalso?
Thermostat stuck open or heater core plugged. CONSIDER THE POSSIBILITY YOUR HEATER VALVE IS CLOSED/CABLE RENDERED INOPERATIVE BY A BROKEN PLASTIC SLIDER HOUSING,AS IS OFTEN THE CASE ON OTHER MODELS/MAKES,SHOULD IT NEVER WARM UP.
A machicne that makes the air wamer
Licking involves using the tongue to contact a surface, while blowing involves expelling air through the mouth. Licking is a form of tasting or exploring with the tongue, while blowing is typically used to produce sound or move objects.
Probably the heater blower motor.
your blowing to hard
Well, I can't solve the problem but my '98 Grand Ltd has also begun blowing hot air only. It does it on any heater setting, hot or cold, and the a/c running makes no difference--still hot only.It is as if the system has locked up somehow. In an old manually operated heater it would be a fault with the hot water valve sticking and not closing off. From reading on this site it seems that it may be related to the air blend door sticking.Allowing hot air only---and costing around $850 to repair. There must be a better way !
