When there is a strong updraft in the lower portions of the storm cell, the rain can be lifted back up into the upper atmosphere where it freezes. When it becomes too heavy to lift, the ice chip falls back down, where it is glazed in more water and then lifted again by the updraft. This cycle repeats until the hail is too big for the updraft to lift again.
Frozen rain (sleet) and hail are basically the same thing.
they are big and heavy. Snow is made up of tiny ice
crystals and are light.
It's the rain freezing and the clouds dropping the now new hail on us :-C
When the temperature dips below 32 degrees(Fahrenheit),or 0 degrees Celsius, The water droplets in the clouds freeze, those droplets turn into snow.
Snow does not turn into hail
gets caught in an updraft and freezes
The temperature in the air.
yes snow is rain and rain is snow because the snow turn it rain when the sun is out and rain turn to snow when the wind is blowing hard.
0 degrees celcius
water turnes into snow when it evaporates up then it gets cold in the air up about like rain clouds form and and the air particles turn from rain to ice it then gets to heavy and falls from the clouds :) hope i helped
That was a quinny answer. Snow works by falling form the sky and it landing. If its cold the clouds will drop the rain and it will turn into snow on the way down>
temperature isn't a factor when it comes to rain. If the atmosphere is too cold though, the rain could turn into sleet/hail/snow
soil turns the rain into mud puddles and what soil does to the snow it makes the soil turn brown

The water in Rain clouds freeze so Snow comes
0 degrees celcius
yes if the weather increases enough
Natural reactions
It rains when the clouds turn dark and it snows when it gets to 32f
Acid rain or snow is a serious environmental problem that affects large parts of the United States and Canada. Acid rain and snow is very damaging to the ecosystems in these areas.

When the temperature is low enough for water to freeze, The rain freezes and therefore snow is created.
