The alignment angle called caster helps with steering wheel return.
remove the center padded section on the steering wheel and you will see a large nut holding the wheel on, loosen the and take it off and then you will need a wheel puller to pull the wheel back off of the splines to take it off.
first take the cover for the horn off. there will be a large nut in the center. take that off. there is also three screws around it. take those off and remove the ring they hold on. take a steering wheel puller and connect it onto the steering wheel. turn the center bolt clockwise until the steering wheel comes off. to reinstall the steering wheel, you just have to press it on by screwing the big nut back on.

push on the tab in the little hole on the back of the steering wheel @ 6 oclock then push the center of the steering wheel up towards 12 oclock you may need to tap it but it will slide up.

If a steering wheel has lights, there should be a way of accessing them. You want to look for some screws or pins on the back of the steering wheel. If none can be seen, the steering wheel may be pried apart to access the bulbs.

i just got one. if i have the wheel in the center and then turn it left or right, there is a little bit of a hard spot on either side of dead center when turning the wheel, but then it's light as a feather once it gets going. i have no idea why it does it, but it's probably just how it is.
