Probably bad shocks.
About the only thing that will cause the wheel to bounce on any car is the strut being bad.
It makes transportation easier
car will bounce alot if the shock absorbers are dameged or blown.
Broken belt in one of your tires
The engine and other components are at the front of a vehicle. This makes the front heavier and is why tires wear quicker in front.
Lowering the springs of a car will cause the tires to bounce.
Front shocks. You may feel what I could describe as an "UP" bounce feel. If you replace the front shocks this will minimize that feel. However, the Frontier front suspension is quite "bouncy" good truck.

Have your alignment checked.
Front main axle or CV joint.... that's assuming this car is front wheel drive
