Both ends
Not extremely, but it will cause a noise (sometimes) when going over bumps and premature tire wear.
It's either something loose or something worn out. I'd start with the shocks then look at the ball joints.
check your stabilizer links as well as your sway bar bushings. the sway bar bushings might look ok but what happens is the hole gets egg shapped causes clunkinking noise s going over bumps. just had the same problem in my shop. 2002 dodge caravan.
Probably strut mounts or control arm bushings.
The sway bar end links could be damaged on a vehicle that is making that noise. Also, check the dust shields on the front brake assembly.Ê
loose or bad u joints.
it makes bumps because we too much beef and toilet water
Most likely a bad tire.
It might be the CV joints. Go to a front suspension specialist and have it checked out.
If its a ka thunk sound even on small bumps,Its most likely your STRUT MOUNTS.
Your shocks are going out. You may also want to replace the springs as well.
Could be the front wishbone. Mine was making similar noise, especially over bumps. Not a major repair - approx €250 euro
