The sway bar end links could be damaged on a vehicle that is making that noise. Also, check the dust shields on the front brake assembly.Ê

I'd like to know too! Mine does the same thing - it makes a rattling noise upon startup that goes away after 30 seconds or so and isn't present while driving or idling.
it may be your tire alignment. your tires may need to be re-aligned. a couple of months ago my car started making a rattling noise when we would go about 70 mph on the highway. we found out are tires needed to be aligned again.
It makes the hinge more rigid and keeps it from buckling backwards when the wheel hits bumps. Don't even think about driving if it is missing!

Check for a loose catalytic convertere heat shield
Swerve, Speed, Go Over Bumps, slip the clutch, drive too close to the edge of the cliff, doughnuts, Sharp Turns and Brake Quickly.
Check for anything that may have come loose under the vehicle. For example, check the heat shield on the exhaust system, like the converters, muffler, and exec.
