A faulty fuel gauge sending unit.
I wouldn't want to be in your car because it shouldn't do that
Yes, a tank of oxygen can be half full. The oxygen would be stuck in said tank meaning no more oxygen can get in unless refueld.
For long term storage, keep it full.

well if you are an optimist you could say 'The tank is half full'.
no it should not be half full, it should be 80-90% full with the void space pressurized by or with air
It is not - I just checked and is is nearly 80% full.
96 litres.
people argue about this - the thought is that the empty portion of a gas tank can form water condensation on its surfaces and contaminate your gasoline. keeping you tank full makes the job of the fuel pump easier and any contaminants or sediments in the tank will be diluted into a higher volume of gasoline and therefore will not clog the fuel filter.
No problem.
I think most gas tanks arent set up like a rectangle, they are more like a triangle. When the tank is full, its all filled, but when its half full then the gas is more centered on one side. this makes it run out faster because there is less, i think.
take 16 times whatever half a tank is
