marmavidya is related to Kalari, a traditional Martial Arts of Kalaripayatu. Even we can see so many related fighting style of marma kalari. but this kerala traditional style is entirly different from any forms of Martial arts. marmas or vital points striking is not so easy to study through books. it has to be get from a good teacher with good direction. It is not only the body power. it is spiritual and also the speed and acuracy depends. so i will suggect you have to join a centre and then you have to study marmakalari. but i am sure it will take more than years to study. nobody will teach you direct marmakalari wothout studying the basic art of fighting.
