Uranium is a non metal element. Atomic mass of it is 238.
Sodium is a metal element. Atomic mass of it is 23.

To answer this question you would have to say what metal, and what size is the block.
The metal block's density is about 13.636 g/cm3
Buoyancy depends only on the mass and displacement. A more massive (heavier) object tends to be less buoyant, whereas an object with a greater displacement of water tends to be more buoyant. A block of metal sinks, because it weighs more than water of the same volume. But if you were to forge that same block of metal into the shape of a hollow bowl, it would float. It's mass is the same (same amount of metal), but the shape of the bowl is such that it displaces much more water than a solid block. That is why ships made of steel can float - they displace enough water to remain buoyant. . If you were to push that metal bowl completely underwater, so that the water spills into the bowl and fills it completely, the bowl will sink, because once underwater, the bowl will displace exactly the same amount of water as the block of metal of the same mass. That is why ships sink when they take on water.
They you are the proud owner of a block of metal with a volume of 56 cubic centimetres and a mass of 153 grams. Enjoy!

Gallium is a non metal. It is a p block element. It has a mass number of 36.
Just divide the mass by the volume.
Density = Mass/Volume = 13.6 g/cm3
5g/cm3
Different metals have different volumes for the same mass.
