Material with low specific heat capacity and with blackened surface are good for radiators.
I don't believe that it does. If this is true, it could be that black is a natural color for the sort of material (cast iron) that radiators are likely to be made of, while a white radiator probably has an insulating layer of paint on it.
The lower radiator hose supplies the water pump. The upper radiator hose supplies the radiator.
What do radiator shutters do
THAT MEANS THE RADIATOR IS GETTING HOT, Probably you mean Why isn't the radiator getting hot. could be becaused the thermostat isn't opening or the house to the radiator is disconnected or there is no coolant in the radiator,
Aluminum

They used to be copper and steel but now they are made of aluminum and plastic.
Pressed steel radiator material specication is is 513 grade d of crca sheet
Most newer cars radiators are made of aluminum to save weight and it dissipates heat more effeciently
More surface area to dissipate heat, the more exposed surface of a material the more place to 'let out' the heat

It's best to remove the radiator and take it to a shop to have them do it professionally. It usually doesn't cost too much and they can make any minor leak repairs while they're at it. When they're done your radiator will be as good as new. Chemicals and power flushing of radiators will only remove loose material. If you have any compacted sludge in the radiator tubes you will not be able to flush them out without having the professional take care of it for you.
Unless your radiator has a leak, the radiator fluid stays in the radiator.
Ai has a high heat transfer coefficent, or it is better at transfering heat throughout its body than other materials (ie: steel).
The 2003 Nissan radiator petcock is located on the bottom of the radiator. The radiator petcock will be in the center of the radiator bottom.
Drain the water from your Corvette radiator. Remove the radiator hoses. Remove the radiator stabilizing arm bolt. Remove the radiator retaining bolts. The radiator will come off.
