Well here is a genral answer to a genral question. There are many possible materials that one may use to construct a killer whale. Here is a list of some ideas: rubber, wood, plastic, foam, metal or fabric. Almost anything can be made to work. Use paper-maché to make your Orca. It's light, easy to work with and you can scale up your model to a couple of feet (or more!) with ease. It's cheap, too. There are a lot of how-to's online so you can find some directions. It's as easy as falling off a log.
